# What is changing for individual and family coverage in 2027

Open Enrollment is November 1, 2026 through January 15, 2027.

- The extra federal premium tax credits expired at the end of 2025.
- Oregon’s final average individual increase is 21.6%. Washington’s approved Exchange average is 22.2%.
- Providence and PacificSource will not sell Oregon individual plans in 2027. Providence is also leaving Washington’s Exchange.
- Oregon enrolls on Explore Health. Washington enrolls on Washington Healthplanfinder.
